Tonight feels cozy. Even though boxes are still unpacked and Christmas decor isn't finished, the Christmas tree is done and the atmosphere is warm and bright.
Tonight, I'm thankful that my family is together and safe. I'm thankful for every moment we laugh and have fun. I'm thankful for meals together and the conversations we have on trending topics of our world.
To hear ever-developing thoughts in the minds of my children is breathtaking. To listen to their wisdom from their perspective of the world is incredibly humbling, yet it makes me proud at the same time.
My family, my world, I am thankful for my world. My heaven on earth. Tonight feels cozy.
